📅 Return period
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
✅ Conditions for a return
In order for a return to be accepted, the item must:

be in the same condition as when you received it

be unused, unopened and undamaged

all labels included

are in the original packaging

include a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return has been accepted, we will send you a return label and detailed instructions for the return.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
⚠️ Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
❗ Damage & Problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
Contact us immediately if:

the item is damaged

you received the wrong item
This way we can solve the problem as quickly as possible.
🚫 Exceptions – Items without right of return
The following items are excluded from returns :

Custom-made or personalized products

Opened or already used fragrance products (e.g., room fragrance sticks, sprays)

Sale items or vouchers
Please contact us if you have any questions about specific products.
🔄 Exchange
If you would like a different item, please return the item you received.
Once the return has been accepted, you can place a new order.
🇪🇺 Right of withdrawal in the EU – 14 days
If you are ordering from an EU country , you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason .
The return policy remains as described above.
💶 Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive:

If approved: a refund within 10 working days to your original payment method.
