With proper use, our candle can burn for up to 50 hours. The burn time depends on the conditions of use and on following the recommended instructions, which help to keep the flame stable and the fragrance evenly present throughout the entire burning time.

The duration of a diffuser depends on the bottle size, the number of reeds used and the conditions in the room. Our 100 ml diffusers are designed to release fragrance slowly and evenly, and on average last up to three months or longer, depending on how they are used and the surrounding environment.

When lighting the candle for the first time, allow the wax to melt evenly all the way to the edge of the glass to ensure an even burn. Before each subsequent lighting, trim the wick to approximately 5 mm.

Do not let the candle burn for more than 4 hours at a time and always use it on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, and never leave a burning candle unattended. This helps to ensure a safe, clean and long-lasting fragrance experience.

Remove the protective cap and insert the supplied reeds into the bottle. You can adjust the intensity of the fragrance by changing the number of reeds or by turning them occasionally.

Place the diffuser on a stable surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. The

fragrance develops gradually and becomes fully noticeable within 24 hours, creating an even

and pleasant atmosphere in the room.

The candle is best stored in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 19 and 23 °C, protected from direct sunlight.

We recommend keeping it in its original packaging to help preserve the fragrance for longer and maintain its full depth.

Yes. With candles made from natural plant-based waxes without additives, small changes on the surface may occasionally appear. They are most often caused by temperature variations during transport or storage.

The formation of a dark residue on the wick is a natural occurrence with candles made from plant-based waxes and is commonly referred to as “mushrooming.” A small amount of this residue is completely normal.

To ensure a clean and safe burn, we recommend trimming the wick to approximately 5 mm before each use. This helps reduce black smoke, prevents an excessively large flame, and keeps the wax surface neat.

You can use a dedicated wick trimmer or regular scissors to trim the wick.

Tunnelling can occur if, during the first burn, the candle was not allowed to burn long enough for the wax to melt evenly all the way to the edge of the glass. With natural plant-based waxes, this is a completely common occurrence.

To help prevent this, we recommend letting the candle burn long enough on the first use for the entire surface of the wax to melt. If a tunnel has already formed, the candle can still be used normally, and with proper burning the surface will gradually even out over time.

No. Although our diffusers are vegan, we still recommend careful handling. Keep the diffuser out of reach of children and pets, and ensure that the liquid does not spill onto plastic or other sensitive surfaces.

In case of contact with skin, we recommend rinsing the affected area thoroughly with water.

Yes. The glass containers of our candles and the bottles of our diffusers can be recycled or reused. They are designed to last even after the product has been used up.
