📅 Return period

Returns are possible within 14 days after receiving the goods. The items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of incorrect, faulty, or damaged delivery.

 

✅ Return Requirements

To be accepted for a return, the item must:

be in the same condition as when you received it  
be unused, unopened, and undamaged  
include all labels  
be in its original packaging  
include proof of purchase or order confirmation  

Opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

After your request, we will send you further return instructions.

Please note: The return shipment is at the buyer’s expense, except in cases of incorrect, faulty, or damaged delivery.

⚠️ Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

 

❗ Damages & Issues

Please check your order immediately after receiving it.

Contact us immediately if:

the item is damaged  
you received the wrong item  
a product arrived faulty  

This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

🚫 Exceptions – Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are excluded from returns:

custom-made or personalized products  
opened or already used fragrance products, such as reed diffusers or scented candles  

Please contact us if you are unsure about a specific product.

🔄 Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please return the item you received first.

An exchange is only possible if the item is unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Once the return has been accepted, you can place a new order.

🇪🇺 Right of Withdrawal in the EU – 14 Days

If you order from an EU country, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The return conditions described above remain applicable.

💶 Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email notification.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
